CSR ANNUAL ACTION PLAN – FY 2021-22

The list of CSR projects or programs that are approved to be undertaken in areas or subjects specified in Schedule VII of the Act

1. Name of the Project: Piped Domestic Water Supply for Drinking and other house hold purposes

2. Location: Village – Waghyachibari, District – Nashik.

3. Areas/Subjects specified Under Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013: Providing Safe Drinking Water

4. Amount in Rs.: INR 18,00,000/- (INR 1.8 Million)

5. Manner of Execution: Through Implementing Agency – Maharashra Prabodhan Seva Mandal CSR Regn No. CSR00004494, PAN - AAATM6167A.

6. Modalities of Utilization of Fund: CSR Fund shall be utilized in a phased manner as and when requirement raised by the Organization subject to verification of requirements and status of works by CSR Project Monitoring team or any member thereof. The Implementing agency shall submit all the relevant documents / information for Project working.

7. Status of Project and Implementation Schedule: Ongoing Project and shall be completed within 31st March 2023.

8. Monitoring and Reporting Mechanism: CSR Project Monitoring Team or any member there of shall monitor the implementation of the CSR Project and performance of Implementing Agency via site visit as and when required and inform the status to Head Supervisor of the Project. The Progress of CSR Project shall be reported by Member of CSR Project Monitoring team to the Head Supervisor CSR Project Monitoring team shall review the utilization of fund for this project and ensure the project shall be completed within approved time line. The Implementing Agency shall submit photographs, fund utilization statements, and other related documents periodically as and when required. The Board shall satisfy that the funds disbursed for CSR have been utilized for the purpose and in the manner as approved by it.
